Retreat Highlights:

  • Time to focus on yourself: Enjoy gentle slow flowing movement using yoga with the Alexander Technique to align your body and experience buoyancy and lightness in yourself.

  • Rebalance your diet with the hidden powers of the moon: Enjoy our bio dynamic produce, from the land to the plate, lovingly created by our chefs and have 2 light ‘meals’ (Saturday evening and Sunday morning) that help reset your digestion.

  • Cookery Demonstrations: Saturday and Sunday morning you will have the option of watching Alison cook simple tasty recipes that help reset your digestion. These recipes come from her Jigsaw Method book that will be available for sale (or you can purchase it from Alison’s website.)

  • Tranquil Surroundings: Indulge in relaxation, leisurely walks, and fireside reading in a beautiful part of Wales, Eryri National Park with Dark Sky

Everything shared throughout the retreat is optional, this is space for you.

7:30am Yoga

8am Breakfast

9:30am Exploring the area and foraging for food (self lead activity)

11am Cookery demonstration in the dining area with discussions on how to eat in line with the moon phases

12:30pm Outdoor yoga in the garden

1pm Lunch

2pm Free time, foraging / drawing plants, afternoon swim or exploring outside the grounds  (self lead activity)

4pm Lazy yoga session

5:30pm Light evening meal following recipes in the Jigsaw Method book
