I qualified as an AT teacher in 1987 and my previous careers in Classical Ballet, Stress Management and Psychology inform my work. Face to face lessons take place in North London and online lessons are via Zoom. I also teach on the teacher training course at the London Centre for Alexander Teaching and Training, LCATT - and I love my work!

Registered with: STAT; The Complementary and Natural Health Care Council, CNHC; BackCare; The British Association for Performing Arts Medicine, BAPAM. I have Professional Insurance and an enhanced DBS Certificate.

I offer 10% reduction on lessons for BAPAM referrals and NHS staff.
